You agree to notify 396jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of your account security. 396jl will not be liable for any losses resulting from the use of your Account by any person other than yourself, whether with or without your knowledge, prior to your notification to 396jl.
396jl strongly recommends that all Account holders enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via their registered Philippine mobile number. While 2FA is available to all players, its activation is the responsibility of the Account holder.
All transactions completed using your Account credentials are presumed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified 396jl of a security compromise. You accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your Account login.

Verified Account holders may request withdrawal of their Real Funds (deposits plus verified winnings) at any time, subject to the conditions below. Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 396jl's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds held in your Wallet at the time the claim arises.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
396jl processes personal data in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. If a dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of notification, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulations.

396jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version of these Terms is the binding version and supersedes all previous versions. Your continued use of the 396jl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
